I've been having to improvise...

Unfortuantely, my family and I have expierenced a tragedy (a fire, to be specific) and my camera was in it. I'm not sure if it's destroyed, but I know it's alive. Just needs cleaning...a lot of cleaning. But here are pictures from my mom's friends mother's garden...enjoy :)

Apple Wrapper Pie :)

if a 3 yr old likes it, then you know its good :)

"The quietness and the proud look of it"

Holly Golightly: I don't want to own anything until I find a place where me and things go together. I'm not sure where that is but I know what it is like. It's like Tiffany's.

Paul Varjack: Tiffany's? You mean the jewelry store?

Holly Golightly: That's right. I'm just CRAZY about Tiffany's!

a very uneventful day

well, today was very uneventful. so, here is a picture of lucas...

and some trees with sun shining through them...

and here i am, in pain. i was goofing around with Lucas and my brow-bone banged itself against our kitchen aid. but having 5 kids in a family does have its perks!...my mother bought a "softie" (a refrigerator ice-pack...it's not as cold for little ones) and used that to help ease pain. i soon moved onto a much larger and colder ice pack

Vincent

Right after a bath :)

Art at Midnight

Well, it all started when I was bored around 10:30 at night...I began with taking sharpies and giving myself tatt's on my feet. Then my little sister came along and was amazed with how rebellious I was being and wanted one too. So I gave her a butterfly...pretty BA, right? I thought so too :) Then little Leo came along and I gave him a spiderweb.

Around 11:30, while my brothers were playing "Tomb Raider: Legend", I had the sudden impulse to paint. After taking everything out and getting it ready for the fun that would soon follow, I felt the need for music. I always have music playing, regardless of what I'm doing or who I'm with. So, I grabbed "A to Z Classical Music for Children", which feature angelic choirs, Bach and Beethoven, and began to paint.

First stroke

Eventually worked my way to blue

Here's how the counter looked around 12:30...

My hands at the end

Tada!! Ok- it's not Picasso or Monet but I like it :) The tye-dye was possibly
the most tedious thing I have ever done...besides looming.
