Picnik

My brother's friend introduced me to this wonderful application on Facebook one day. I've been addicted :)

It never fails

Grilled cheese has always and will always make me happy. It never fails. And it always sounds good. Like when you're cold, grilled cheese sounds good. When you're eating soup, grilled cheese sounds good. When you're having a sleepover, grilled cheese sounds good. When you're having a bad day, grilled cheese sounds good. When you're up at 2 AM, it sounds good.

I remember my mother telling me how Howard Hughes liked his...with tomatoes. And then she made them like that one night and that was the best tasting grilled cheese sandwich ever. I used to think that Friendly's had the best grilled cheese, but now that I think about it they don't. Nothing can compare to the ooey-gooeyness of cheese surrounding tomatoes between two pieces of perfectly grilled slices of bread. Now, if you'll excuse me I'm going to go make myself a grilled cheese sandwich :)

Whenever I peel an apple, I love to cut the core in half and see the little star/flower that's hidden in there. This also never fails to make me happy as well. It's just so perfect and simple.

Leo's 7th Birthday

Today I made Leo brownies, like the Betty Crocker quick-mix. I'm not Julia Child or Ina Garten haha...You have no idea how I excited I was when I got that shot. Like i was ecstatic.

Add eggs, oil, and water. Mix with spoon, about 50 strokes :)...and add chocolate chips for extra goodness

I let Leo lick the spatula. Haha, spatula. That word sounds funny. My mom calls it a "spatch"...I'm not sure why...

Hey Leo, got a little something under your lip...

Wow, I can't believe he's 7. It's kinda weird...I don't like it :(

Brownies after dinner :) I'm pretty sure he enjoyed them

Lucas and Leo...they're so cute :)

Milk mustache :) tee-hee

Juraka Park

Our uncle had told us that the above park was "hidden" but we managed to find it :)

That's Lucas, my little brother. We're pretty much twins, that are just 3 years apart.

WWWEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Idk, it doesn't have a theme

I'm not sure what these things are called, but my neighbor grows them.

Crows along Mayflower Drive

I saw this lovely creature and grabbed my camera and took a few quick shots.
